This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and register for the free Leverage20 masterclass, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

When you register for the masterclass we collect:

  • your first name and email address (required), and optionally your Instagram handle;
  • any optional answers you choose to share (why you are joining, your goal, your biggest challenge).

When you visit the site, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access in server logs, for security and to deliver the site.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

  • To register you for the masterclass and send the access link, reminders, and replay, to provide the service you requested and based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • To send you related emails about Leverage20 and Anu Rajah's coaching, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Email and registration provider

We use Kit (operated by Kit Inc., United States) to manage registrations and send emails. The data you submit at signup is transferred to and stored by Kit, including on servers in the United States. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). See Kit's own privacy policy at kit.com for details.

5. Hosting

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services and delivered via a content delivery network, with primary infrastructure located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

6. Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum and use only what is necessary to operate the site. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your registration data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we remove it within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data; to data portability; to object to processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email info@anurajah.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
